Outdoor furniture has come along way over the years and can be equally as luxurious as indoor furniture, and at times more so. In fact many outdoor area’s blend seamlessly with the indoors space, becoming an outdoor living room, as seen in the picture above.

Dedon is a German based outdoor furniture company, set up by Belgium ex goal keeper and entrepreneurs Robert Dekeyser. Robert Dekeyser desire for harmony can be clearly seen in his companies designs. The outdoor sofa’s above are designed by Jean-Marie Massaud and the striking lamp by Flos for Dedon.

Renowned Italian designer Stefano Giovannoni joined Magis to produce the Paso Doble Chaise Longue. Due to a light weight aluminium frame and specific design, the Paso Doble Chaise Longue, can be stacked on top of one another, saving space and enabling easy storage should the British weather let you down.
It’s good to note that the Paso Doble Chaise Longue also comes in a version for indoor use. I would presume the outdoor version would be made of tougher material than the indoors version, so might be wise to consider this when purchasing.

The Pina Outdoor Lounge Chair is one of Spanish designer Jamie Hayon’s curvaceous pieces of furniture designed for Magis. The combination of Jamie’s creativity and Magis’s ability to problem solve and stretch beyond conventional limitations, has enabled Jamie’s visions to become a reality.
I feel the style is both modern and contemporary and would look equaly stylish placed on an appartment balcony as it would in a garden. They come in a number of colours, including blue, orange, and beige I have also come across a stunning grey version here

Manutti is made by a Belgium company who pride themselves on designing outdoor furniture that is made from high end nautic water resistant materials. The material is designed to look like fabric, but these materials would perform just as well on a yacht.
The Air Sun Lounger is basically a beautiful contemporary designed bed for outdoors.
