The end of summer is nigh and although you were maybe lucky enough to spend some time under the sun this year and bring back a bit of a tan with you, your hair is likely to be in a poorer state.
Traumatised by sun, sea water and chlorine chemical residues, post-summer hair can quickly become dehydrated, brittle, dull and very difficult to style and manage – which is probably not what you signed up for in the morning before heading back to work.
Hair is usually protected by a hydrolipidic film that gets damaged and broken in when it loses moisture – a phenomenon deeply accentuated when in contact with sun, salt and chlorine from the swimming pool.
